REFUND POLICY

We hope you will like the goods, but if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange them within 7 days after receiving them.

Proceed as follows:

  1. To request a return, please email info.riphean@gmail.com with your order number and your request.
  2. Once you’ve submitted your return request, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send your item(s) back to us. Returns are usually processed within 15 days of receipt and you’ll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done. Refund for you within 30 days after receiving the goods.
  3. We support the choice of refund or return within 7 days after the buyer receives the goods, if the product is not defective/damaged, and the return mailing fee shall be borne by the buyer.

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Products received without authorization.
  • Final sale items, items purchased on promotion at 20% off or more.
  • Products received in a condition other than their original condition and the original pack.
  • Products without their tags attached.
  • Products that are marked or damaged in any way.
  • Products that lack original accessories.
  • The goods have been recorded video or photographed before delivery to the buyer for reconfirmation of proper quality goods.
  • Products are custom products (scale are provided by the buyer and then customized).

Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY:

  • International shipping delays.
  • Customs duties or taxes.
  • We will not be responsible if your package got send back due to customs duty unpaid.
